Better flour means better food

We feature a wide range of flour, including a variety of both organic and non-organic bread flours from Mungoswells Farm, grown and milled in East Lothian.

Unlike most commercial white flour, theirs has tiny particles of bran in. This means their flour has more protein and fibre (and makes it even more delicious). We also stock their wholemeal and brown flour.

Use with our yeast or Sourdough starter to make your very own bread, or combine their plain flour with our Ghia Milk to make the most deliciously creamy béchamel sauce.
